We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. If the goods you have chosen do not meet your approval for any reason, you have 7 working days within your cooling off period to change your mind. This begins the day after you receive your goods. You must notify us in writing or by any other durable medium and not by phone. Within this period we will be happy to make a refund or exchange. We ask that you return the items unused.

Larger items can be collected from the delivery address. Smaller items can be sent back through the post office. When returning items through the post office you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting and compensation should the item be damaged or lost on its return journey. PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT REFUND "SPECIAL ORDERS"
where the item(s) have been produced on a bespoke, commissioned or custom made basis especially. Special order items are clearly marked as “special order” in the delivery information section.
In the unlikely event that your purchase is received damaged then we will, of course, replace, exchange or refund including the cost of the courier if you have to return the item to us. Damaged goods must be reported to us within 2 days, you should email firstname.lastname@example.org
This does not apply to specialist couriered items or where goods have been unpacked for you and you have signed the delivery disclaimer confirming that your goods have been received in perfect condition.
Where goods are not unpacked for you please check the outer packaging on delivery and if the packaging is not in perfect condition please ensure that you clearly mark the couriers paperwork with a description of the problem. The goods are most likely to be ok inside but its better to point out any discrepancies or damage to the packaging on the paperwork before signing.
