Due to the outbreak of COVID-19, we are extending the lead-times on the majority of our collections. This means we expect some of our estimated dispatch dates to be longer than what is shown online. Clients who purchase from us will be notified of the revised lead-time via email upon completing their purchase, and our team is available to provide estimated dispatch times to all prospective clients.

Our home may be in the United Kingdom but our opulent furniture designs are available to you anywhere in the World. We have brought glamour to our clients in Europe and deep sea destinations such as the USA, Qatar, Australia, United Arab Emirates and the Far East.

Within the mainland of England, all of our luxury products include delivery in the advertised price. Scotland & Ireland incur a surcharge. 

We offer complimentary white glove delivery on all large furniture or oversized items. 

Our delivery experts will deliver to your choice of room, unpack, assemble and remove the packaging should you not wish to keep it.* 

All of this is as standard so there are no hidden extra charges to pay. You will be offered a choice of days and allocated a timeslot.

Our ex-display items do not include white glove delivery, unpacking or assembly. You can request a white glove delivery at a surcharge. 

A specialist courier may deliver smaller items like our smaller bedsides or accessories and you will be provided with full tracking details and updates.

If you are unsure whether a product will comfortably gain access, then ask us to conduct a site inspection before ordering. We have access to exceptional manpower and specialist machinery such as ladder lifts, so if there is a way in we will find it.

You will see approximate lead times alongside each product. This is an indicative lead time only and a more accurate lead time will be provided at the date of ordering. An exact delivery date will be confirmed once your opulent piece is finished. We are experts in working to tight deadlines so if you require an item before the indicated lead time, then do speak to us and we will endeavour to fulfil your request. If anyone can make it happen, we can!

*Please note we do not include any wall installation of any items such as mirrors, artwork, shelves, panelling etc. If you require this service then please ask us for availability and costings.
