The Asta Alabaster Linear Pendant Light
Model: KT934-1
Asta means rod or staff, and the form is exactly that: a long cylinder of alabaster, 10cm in diameter, held horizontally on two wires from a black ceiling bar.
With integrated LED, the whole rod lights up in warm white. The glow is soft along its length, and the natural veining is drawn out across the stone. Over a long table or kitchen island it gives one continuous line of light rather than a row of separate points.
Four lengths, from 100cm to 180cm, let you match the rod to the table below, leaving a comfortable margin at each end. The metalwork comes in brass, bronze or black.
Alabaster is a natural stone. The veining, tone and translucency of every rod are unique, so no two pieces are the same.
