Can you help us find a plot or property?
Yes. Plot and property search is part of the service, with guidance on purchase, feasibility and what can realistically be built before you commit.
Do you handle planning permission?
Yes. We manage the planning strategy and application, including open countryside planning permission, working alongside our architects.
Who manages the build day to day?
Every project has a designated project director who runs the programme from demolition and groundworks through to completion, working with an accredited specialist building firm and handling procurement, quantity surveying and health and safety.
Is interior design included?
Yes. Architecture and interiors are designed together by our award-winning interior design studio, from lighting, cinema and leisure suites to curated styling, so the finished home is complete on handover.
Do you build outside the UK?
