The Alba Travertine Wall Light
Model: KT964-1
Alba means dawn in Italian, the moment light first rises behind the horizon. A flat round disc of travertine, 5cm deep, sits forward of the wall with the light behind it, as if the sun were about to appear.
Unlit, it is a quiet circle of stone, with open pores scattered through swirling cream and honey banding. Lit, a warm ring of light blooms out across the wall and outlines the disc, leaving the face of the stone in soft relief. Hang one above a console or sideboard as a sculptural focal point, or set a pair either side of a bed or along a landing.
There are two sizes, Ø23cm and Ø30cm, both with an integrated LED offering three colour temperatures. Travertine is a natural stone, so the veining, pores and tone of each disc are unique.
