The Ponte Alabaster Linear Pendant Light
Model: KT936-1
Ponte, Italian for bridge, pairs the softness of alabaster with a frank, structural detail. A square-section alabaster bar, 8 by 8cm, is held by two dark metal clamps and suspended from a black ceiling bar.
The contrast is the point. The clamps read as hardware, graphic and exact, while the stone between them glows warm white from the integrated LED, its veining drawn out once lit.
Six lengths run from 80cm to 200cm, with output from 8W to 28W, so the same design can sit over a smaller table or span a long dining table or kitchen island. It also works above a desk or a long sideboard, where a pendant with a shade would feel too heavy. The metalwork comes in brass, bronze or black.
Alabaster is a natural stone, which means the veining, tone and translucency of every bar are unique.
