The Fermaglio Travertine Wall Light
Model: KT1002-1
Fermaglio means clasp or clip in Italian. A slim capsule of travertine is held at its middle by two half round clips of wood, one on each side, as if fastened to the wall.
Unlit, the stone shows its deep pores and cream banding, with the two wooden clips giving a warm accent. Switched on, the light behind the capsule spreads into a soft glow around its edge, and warm flecks show through the thinnest pores of the stone. It suits a hallway, landing or stairwell, and a pair either side of a bed or a console.
It comes in one size, 11cm wide and 35cm tall. The wood clips come in Walnut or Natural Oak. Travertine is a natural stone, so the veining, pores and tone of every piece are unique.
