A CELEBRATION OF MATERIALITY & AMBIENCE

From the outset, the vision was clear: to create a richly layered interior using the finest materials. Natural stone, metallic accents, and a bespoke real wood veneer wall covering take centre stage, offering depth, texture, and timeless allure. Integrated mood lighting and cutting-edge AV, sound, and automation systems allow the space to evolve at the touch of a button, perfectly adapting to suit every mood and moment.

INTELLIGENT DESIGN IN A COMPACT FOOTPRINT

Though compact in scale, the space has been maximised through thoughtful design. A fully equipped state-of-the-art bar with top-tier appliances is seamlessly integrated into the layout, offering ample room for both entertaining and unwinding. The open fire, plush seating, and ambient lighting establish an inviting atmosphere—equally suited to vibrant gatherings or quiet, reflective evenings.

At the heart of the room stands a backlit wine and whiskey display, framed by LED illumination and three striking pendant lights that animate the luxurious emerald green marble feature wall. Materials were chosen not just for their elegance, but for their performance, durable leathers and fabrics ensure longevity without compromising on style.
