Laskasas was founded in November 2004, sparked by the vision and passion of Celso Lascasas, a dedicated craftsman whose love for furniture-making started at just 14 years old.

Inspired by his German great-grandmother, who arrived in Portugal in the 1920s and passed down not only her surname but a legacy of resilience and determination, Celso set out to build a brand rooted in craftsmanship and authenticity.
