The Faro Alabaster Pendant Light

Faro means lighthouse, and the design takes that upright form. A tall, narrow alabaster cylinder, 37cm long, hangs from a metal collar at the top, giving a vertical line of light rather than a wide spread.
Two widths are available, Ø8cm and Ø10cm. Hung in a cluster at staggered heights, they work well in a stairwell or a double-height hallway. A pair either side of a bed, or a row over a kitchen island, brings the same slim proportion to a smaller room.
Lit from a single G9 bulb inside, the column glows along its length and the veining shows through the stone. The collar comes in brass or bronze. Alabaster is a natural stone, so the veining, tone and translucency of every piece are unique.
