The Foglia Travertine Wall Light
Model: KT1038-1
Foglia is Italian for leaf. A gently curved leaf of travertine wraps around a straight bar of wood that runs past the stone at the top and bottom, a sculptural piece that changes as you walk past it.
Unlit, the stone shows its open pores and cream tone against the warm grain of the wood. Switched on, warm light glows through the thinnest pores and washes the wall around the curve. Its tall, upright shape suits a hallway, landing or stairwell, and a pair looks well either side of a console or a mirror.
It measures 12cm wide and 40cm tall, and sits 5cm from the wall. The wood bar comes in Walnut or Natural Oak. Travertine is a natural stone, so the veining, pores and tone of every piece are unique.
