The Tassello Travertine Wall Light
Model: KT1032-1
Tassello is Italian for an inlaid block. A tall, square-cut slab of travertine is crossed at its centre by a broad band of wood, dividing the stone into two equal halves.
Unlit, the stone shows its deep pores and cream banding above and below the warm wood. Switched on, the light behind the slab spreads into a soft halo on the wall, and warm flecks show through the thinnest pores of the travertine. It suits a hallway, landing or stairwell, and a pair either side of a bed or a sideboard.
The slab measures 10cm wide and 32cm tall, and takes two G9 bulbs. The wood band comes in Walnut or Natural Oak. Travertine is a natural stone, so the veining, pores and tone of every slab are unique.
