Terms & Conditions apply to all Touched Interiors® Luxury Gift Cards purchased via our website or directly through Touched Interiors. By purchasing or using a Touched Interiors® Luxury Gift Card, you agree to the following terms:

Purchase & Delivery

Gift Cards are available in digital format unless otherwise specified. Digital Gift Cards will be delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout. It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the recipient’s email address is correct.

Validity & Expiry

Gift Cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated. After the expiry date, any remaining balance will be automatically void. Expiry dates cannot be extended.

Redemption

Gift Cards may be redeemed against products available at www.touchedinteriors.co.uk. Gift Cards cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded, or used to purchase additional gift cards. If the order value exceeds the Gift Card balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method. If the order value is less than the Gift Card balance, the remaining balance will stay on the card until expiry.

Non-Transferable & Resale

Gift Cards may not be resold, transferred for value, or used for promotional or commercial purposes without written consent from Touched Interiors.

Lost, Stolen or Misused Cards

Touched Interiors is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorised use of Gift Cards. Gift Cards will not be replaced or refunded if lost or stolen.

Returns & Refunds

Products purchased using a Gift Card are subject to the Touched Interiors standard Returns Policy. Where a refund is approved for an item purchased using a Gift Card, the refund will be issued back to a Gift Card (or store credit) in the first instance. Any balance paid using another payment method will be refunded to the original payment method.

Fraud Prevention

Touched Interiors reserves the right to refuse, cancel or hold Gift Cards and related orders where fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected.

Limitation of Liablity

Gift Cards remain the property of Touched Interiors until redeemed. Touched Interiors reserves the right to amend these terms at any time where reasonably necessary.
