The Uovo Travertine Wall Light
Model: KT980-1
Uovo means egg in Italian. A flat, egg-shaped pebble of travertine, softly rounded at the edges, sits slightly forward of the wall with its narrower end at the top.
Unlit, it is a smooth organic stone in pale cream with open pores and gentle banding. Switched on, the integrated LED behind it throws a warm halo onto the wall all around, so the egg appears to hover in its own glow. It works as a sculptural piece above a console, on a landing or stairwell, or as a soft night light beside a bed.
One size, 19 x 26 x 5cm, with an integrated LED. Travertine is a natural stone, so the veining, pores and tone of every piece are unique.
