Dark on dark, The Murlo pairs a round top in dark stone with a pedestal base in dark ash. The base swells gently from the floor and narrows towards the top like a turned vessel, with the grain of the ash running up its curve.
The stone is chosen to sit in the same tone as the wood, so the table reads as one sculpted form. At 150 cm across it seats six to eight, and the single pedestal leaves room for chairs all the way round.
