The Croce Travertine Wall Light
Model: KT989-1
Croce means cross in Italian. A slim bar of travertine is set at an angle across a short wooden bar fixed to the wall, so the two pieces cross like a simple, off-centre mark.
Unlit, the stone bar shows its open pores and cream banding against the warm grain of the wood. Switched on, a line of light runs along the lower edge of the travertine and washes down the wall in a soft diagonal glow. It works as a quiet accent in a hallway or on a landing, beside a bed, or set in a series along a corridor.
The travertine bar is 20cm long and the light sits 11cm from the wall. The wood comes in Walnut or Natural Oak. Travertine is a natural stone, so the veining, pores and tone of every piece are unique.
