The Porcino Travertine Table Lamp
Model: KT1025-1
Porcino is the Italian name for the porcini mushroom, and the lamp takes its outline: a sturdy travertine stem beneath a wide, dark, mushroom shaped shade.
Unlit, the warm cream stone of the stem contrasts with the deep tone of the shade above it. Switched on, three small lights beneath the shade cast a soft pool of light down onto the surface and across the stem, so the travertine glows warmly below the dark cap. At 25cm across and 30cm tall it suits a bedside, a reading corner, a console or a sideboard.
It comes in one size. Travertine is a natural stone, so the pores, banding and tone of every stem are unique.
